Customer Review: It works on my PS2 slim, but I can't see the difference.

I have a 22 inch VIZO LCD tv. It claims to be 1080p, but if it is it's weak at that; it's still HD however.
I can't see the difference in picture quality for 480i upgraded to 480p. I bought a Wii cable at the same time and I had the same reaction; it looks the same. Maybe on bigger TVs where I'm further away it might make a difference, but not for me. The price was low, but I wonder if the price has to do with the identical quality? By no means is this as good as 780p, that is getting into real HD. From what I understand if your picture quality is blurry with composite cables, then component will help a lot; for me it didn't mater.
Having this cable will be good to have if I have to hook my PS2 slim to something with no composite input holes. I have a composite AV switch with my PS2 hooked up to it. I'll keep this product in the PS2 box because I may need it someday.
This cable doesn't work with my 1st generation PS2 from 2000. It didn't seem it fit.
