The worst controller I've ever purchased and when I emailed the company I never got a reply. This product stopped working in less than two days, if anyone has one that is still working then you're lucky or I was unlucky buying a controller that was made on a Friday, There are several other controllers out there that have better quality control and work longer. I have to say that at first I thought it was the batteries but after the batteries were replaced twice this still met with negative results. I also emailed that company and that also met with the results that's unacceptable in my book, this controller was placed in the box it came in good luck if you buy it and if it fails good luck contacting DreamGear. Get a madcatz
