Video Game Reviews of Medal of Honor AirborneCustomer Review: great game Summary: 5 Starsyou can pick on every game that comes out. call of duty 4 will be tough to compete with for a while. MOHA is different but solid. best one in the series so far. looks great, plays great. real nice production. definitely recommended.
Customer Review: No 4 players :( Summary: 3 Starsthe previous virsions were very nice because it had 4 players option, but unfortunatly this virsion dont have the 4 player option and that make this virsion boring.
Customer Review: Great Game Play! Summary: 4 StarsI have every single world war 2 era game. This is not the best but its definitely worth getting. For some reason they decided to change a few buttons around. Usually the fire button is R1 but for some reason this game made it R2. Not a big deal but takes a little bit to get used to when every single game out uses R1. The graphics are good- not Call of Duty 4 but still PS3 worthy. The really neat feature is there are a bunch of small missions when you are on a level and you can decide whatever order you want to do them in. I am half way through and I really like this game. The game play and graphics are not Call of Duty 4 but still worth getting right now.
Customer Review: Impressive Summary: 4 StarsThis is the first game I've played for PS3, and I was intrigued with the concept of the game. I'm a veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division, and I was thrilled to see my former job (from an earlier era of course) being brought to life. For a video game, it's a hoot, a lot of a fun to play (like all MOH games). If you like any past MOH games, you'll love this one...and while I haven't been playing it for more than a day, I'm dying to pick up the controller again.
It is great how you can start anywhere on the map from the time you jump, instead of just appearing somewhere on the battlefield to face the same enemy and watching for the same enemy movement and such. The A.I. for the enemy is pretty good, they react to what you do very well. For instance, if you start hitting them hard with grenades and automatic fire, the enemy will start pulling back and digging in, they won't just start running toward you so that you can continue to mow them down. If they're dug in with a gun, you'd better be a sharp shooter, otherwise taking out a gun is a serious hassle (as it should be).
As for the graphics, I was expecting better, but when you're dealing with MOH, the gameplay more than makes up for any deficiencies there. I highly recommend "Airborne!"
Customer Review: Good, but not great Summary: 3 StarsI have bought nearly every game in the Medal of Honor series and I've always enjoyed them. For the PS3, I was expecting something really stellar, but I was kinda disappointed. The graphics look like PS2. If you've played Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, then you know what kind of graphics the PS3 is capable of. I guess COD 4 has spoiled me for all future FPS games. The makers of the Medal of Honor series should study that game and give us something truly mind-blowing next time.
