Incredibly realistic settings and interactions that only get better with each release.
And the wealth of variations is amazing -- career, franchise, various practices, on-line, etc.

After playing and absolutely LOVING this game for a month, I have been stopped dead in my tracks. The game will not work past May 14th in Season mode. I wanted to play the entire season with my team, but once I select the May 15th Game between the Mets and Giants, the game crashed and I get the Main ps3 screen. Updates have not fixed this problem. Ive tried all sorts of things short of cracking teh DVD in half. After investing the time to get that far, thi si extremely frustrating - especially because SONY seems to ignore the problem.
You will love playing this game until it crashes, then you will be sorry you ever bought the damn thing.

this baseball game is awesome, not like the others, you can actually see the fun in it while you are playing, i beat my husband many times.
